Viennese cheescake

Viennese cheesecake is one of the most wonderful cheesecakes. It has no bottom and is made of a large number of eggs. It is velvety and delicate in taste.

Ingredients: 1 kg of ground fat cottage cheese, 7-10 eggs, 200 g of butter, 200 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of potato flour, 1 tablespoon of cake flour, vanilla sugar

Making the dough: Mix butter and sugar. While stirring, add egg yolks, cheese, flour and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites and gently mix with the mass. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 180 degrees. The cheesecake in the photo was made from 7 eggs.
