Light pancakes

The whole secret lies in the choice of flour. Instead of traditional can be corn, rice or oat flour. Then milk and mineral water (can be slightly carbonated) in equal proportions and 1-2 eggs. We do not add sugar, without which the pancakes will still be delicious. The taste will depend on the flour you choose, which you can mix together. For frying one teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan with a special coating that does not need fat. Equally important is the low-calorie filling. It can be jam or low-sugar jam, fruit, vanilla cream cheese. Such healthy pancakes taste great even for breakfast 🙂
